Turkish dried apricots are traded by size grade — typically No.1 (largest, fewest fruits per kg) through No.8 (smallest, industrial). Grading affects price, presentation, and end-use suitability.

Retail and premium private-label programs usually specify No.1–No.3. Food manufacturing, cereal, and trail mixes often use No.4–No.6. Confectionery, paste, and baby food may target No.7–No.8 or diced cuts.

We calibrate every export lot to agreed specifications with pre-shipment inspection and COA reporting actual fruit count and moisture.
